        Waiting times here is a complete joke. Always one or two staff members at counters. Not happy at all or impressed TSB came at 14th place this year. Starling bank being Number 1

        Worst bank in Britain. Avoid at all costs. Not enough branches, takes me about 20 minutes to get here. Used to be able to get to a TSB in just 5. Customer service is hardly worth it anyway. Nice people Im sure, just having to front a terrible bank.

        The staff are helpful but anyone opening a bank account do not use tsb I know there is protocol but when you've been a customer for over 40yrs and can't get access to you money it's a joke if you have been a customer that length of time there should be some discretion that is why my husband will be closing his account.
