        What is the point in having a bank open but no cashiers to deal with . People go into a bank to deal with people not machines that dont do everything you need and take longer . Trying to pay in money into bank via a machine is painful - only 50 notes (why not helpful ) , recognises notes then doesnt (again not helpful ) and when it doesnt recognises note it cancel transaction no option just to pay in what it has recognised Last straw for me and will be moving bank ! This review is for anyone else that things they will use the branch to just not bother

        If the bank is open on a Saturday then it should provide the same service as it does Mon - Fri. No cashiers on a Sat therefore I was unable to withdraw a sizeable amount of money. I work during the week and would need to take time off.
