        Popped in here to open an account and the girl told me to do it online. Just lazy ignorant staff. Opened an account with tsb in shettleston who were happy to help.

        Absolutely appalling customer service and I was only paying money in. Impatient, extremely discourteous staff. I even overheard another cashier being rude to a different customer. I will never use this branch again.

        closes at 3pm, impossible to get into there because they are also closed on weekends, at least keep it open by and hour or so more
