I would have gave it 0 stars but not an option!! Worst bank ever, lost count of the amount of times fraudulent activity on my bank, cancel my card send new one pin doesn't even work, ask for new pin and cancel my new card!! 10 days with no access to my money, 2 kids to feed etc I don't know anyone where I live to transfer money for shopping diesel electricity et, ring bank up sorry nothing we can do!!! Just not good enough, told to go into a branch I can get cash then, and nearest one 10 mile away, how do I get there like? I need a new bank, it was ok when it was Yorkshire bank!!!

The last 4-5 times I've been, they have changed their opening/closing times without updated their website or Google. Started as opened 9-5. Then closed at 4pm, 3pm and now 2pm most weekdays. The fact it tells me yet again that they're opened till 4pm as of Nov 23rd makes me think they've yet to update anything again. Can't trust them

Having to stand outside in a queue of about 25 people waiting to pay in monies,rescued after about 40 minutes by one of the staff who took my cheques of me and paid them in with me standing pressing the codes,not good enough,not enough staff,not enough Banks
