Have found this health centre better than most and on the whole full of dedicated, helpful and pleasant staff. The positives far out weigh the negatives

Phone line queue is often on but clearly unmanned. 5 years ago this was a decent surgery, they have way to many patients on the books and can't meet demand anymore.
