My wife was taken to hospital by ambulance classed as an urgent priority we waited over an hour for the ambulance. On arrival following triage, various tests were conducted. After a wait totalling 18hours plus my wife was allowed to go home . The hospital doctor strongly advised that she saw her GP to discuss her condition and review her medication. . On contacting the Health Centre and stressing the importance of seeing a GP.. She was offered a telephone consultancy...'not necessarily with a Health Centre Doctor' for next week. Absolutely disgusting!

No diagnosis in 18 months. They took bloods but did not run the all the tests they asked for. They sent a scan referal letter to the wrong address and in the wrong name I've never seen or spoke to a doctor there but all the nurses are very nice.

They need to change their crazy time to see doctor you have to phone 8.30am exactly to make a appointment with the Doctor. OIden days flexible time was so nice we used to phone anytime any day and they surgery staff would gave us appointment to see the Doctor .And now they will not give you appointment to see the Doctor if you phone the surgery after 8.30 which is a nuisance They need to understand this is busy time for everyone some people are going work ,school running etc Now that crazy covid is over goverment have lifted the restriction the Nhs need to be brave and let patient see their doctors face to face, if they are still scared they can at least see patient using face mask skype, zoom or whatsup rather than phoning the patient. Because there is huge difference seeing patient face to face than phoning .
