        No appointments apparently, even though been on phone engaged since before 8am for 25 minutes finally got through to rude receptionist who stated half of Earlstown was trying to get through.. Call back tomorrow, wouldn't let me speak, call back tomorrow. No practice nurse appointments for 6 weeks as they on holiday!???? Wow..

        Been twice in two days for x-ray on extremely painful knee joint, cannot get access to treatment because car park has been more than full, car parked on kerbs and junctions.
