Worst surgery ever. Trying get a appointment is disgusting and a prescription, been trying for a week to get my child's prescription it's been back and forth, stupid questions why do you need it. Then you do the e consultant, where they try to phone once!! then get a message you need to contact them again. Its absolutely nightmare. They don't seem to care or want help people. I'd give it ZERO IF I COULD

Probably the worst I've ever seen for booking appointments, people waiting for test results never phoned back and unable to get appointments. It never used to be this bad, sort it out!!!

Was given an appointment for my daughter's vaccinations as parkway , not my usual surgery. Have sadly been really really disappointed with the receptionist staff and wait time. In fact, shocking. Really rude, really unwelcoming, really unhelpful. Very unpleasant experience.

I was trying to get through on the phone wanting to see a dr for ages, as I was in urgent need of medication, so I decided to go in there whilst waiting for them to answer, only to find 2 receptionist standing talking to another one sitting in front of her pc. I asked what was going on, and was told rudely they are busy. I asked to see a gp and told them why it was urgent, and she told me they are all busy, and I will have to try next week. I then walked to room 1, where I saw the door closing, so I threw my letter in there just before it shut. I then stood around by the reception for a minute or 2. Then receptionist I was speaking to then appeared from room 1 and told my the Dr wanted to see me right away. When I saw him, he had no mask on and he told me he wasn't busy at all. I think the receptionists are treatng patients as mugs
