Took my 10 year old daughter in at 8.30 am to get an appointment as she has been ill all weekend. Was told we dont book appointments over the desk !!! Thats weird as 3 weeks ago when I went in there and was told the same thing .. I then watched the receptionist give an appointment over the desk .. SO YOU CAN DO IT WHEN YOU KNOW THEM !!!
