Impressed with the e-consult procedure. Good communication. When the doctor rang they listened and understood my needs. I was able to get the help I needed. Sadly can't remember the Doctors name!

Called to get a repeat prescription for my pill, i was told she can do it this time but next time it need to be paper copy, I felt I was being very polite and asking questions to be educated on the best way of getting my prescription so I know for next time and the lady was very passive aggressive and rude, not the first time Ive been meet with such rudeness from a member of reception team

I called 20 times for ask my blood report but no one gave me information about my blood report. They said, "doctor did not comment on it. After struggling I got appointment two months later same problem but no one call me. I called 4 times at my appointment day. They said I am in waiting last. At the end surgery closed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have developed a lump on my neck and have been trying to get an appointment for the last three weeks. I've been put on hold for an hour each time to be told to ring back. Along with the lump I have been experiencing other symptoms such as weight gain, hair loss, extreme fatigue and yet I'm not an priority. It could be something non malicious but I wouldn't like to take that chance! I am unable to still make an appointment. I am absolutely fuming will be making a formal complaint!

I been treated very badly by the receptionist for been member of European Union. I was trying to transfer my GP what a bad idea! Today I was a victim of xenophobia for the first time. They tried to make things difficult for the application, I AM A PERMANENT RESIDENCE been living in this country for almost 12 years. They asked for proof of when I arrived in the country, how can I still have it? Why not ask for my resident card??? Only bad reviews about the receptionist, I am not surprised!
