Poor ent department. They do not care! They have one person that does the hearing test her name is Sue Shah: she calls on the day when she has a cancellation on her diary and expects you to come in and this on a Sunday. She doesnt schedule an appointment but expects you to come in on the day. I explained im not well and cannot just jump up and go but she doesnt care. They really dont care! She shouldnt be practicing! Please avoid.

I am appalled with the poor level of service I and my family have received from this clinic. Patients are left waiting on the telephone for hours and then the call in not answered. It is impossible to get through to anyone as there seems to be no one able to answer the telephones. When you eventually get to the clinic and see a medical professional there is no report that follows to GP or patient. To enquire why this is also impossible as the telephones are not answered.

Nurse Tina was brilliant when she administrated an injection to my daughter who is terrified of injections. She patiently waited around and was caring. Tina distracted my daughter and let her sit in the consultation room with her until she felt strong to walk on her own. Thank you Nurse Tina. We need more nurses like you.

We entered for an appointment for a fractured toe at 2:00 we arrived at 1:50 we waited and waited in the waiting room and after 1 hour and 10 minutes they called us in we went inside of the room and the doctor checked the toe and they told us to go to the emergency room then as we were leaving the person behind the reception debated that we called you 3 times when they had not called us a single time in 1 hour. Very poor service.
