SME medical Centre is one of the most ridiculous medical centres in the whole of Waltham Forest they have no care. It seems like they never have appointments for no one if you wanna make an appointment it takes weeks for the doctors to see you. Especially the receptionist are so bad and ill mannered they don't care about anyone the 2 Bengali male I think the name is ATIQ and SHALIM they tried to micromanage whatever they can there. I don't understand how can a disabled old sick person who doesn't know how to use the Internet phone or computer will ever get an appointment if they have to go through the E consultant. This place should be just shut down or runned by new management This place is ridiculous and out of order.

Stay away please. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand does. They call you and tell you have an appointment for such and such date and time, and when you turn up for the appointment they say sorry there is no appointment here for you. Then a few days later you get a letter telling you that you have missed your appointment and you get told off. The staff are incompetent and brush you off, rude and horrible. The staff need their appraisals redone and a few people need sacking and or refresher courses on hospitality. You work for the people and yet you don't work for them. Sorry but you are in thr wrong line of work.
