Had to go to A&E twice with our one year old after 3 appointments where he was either misdiagnosed, misprescribed or not seen in person at all.

Reception staff are rude and uninterested, and have been for years now. I've been with this surgery since I was born and am now in my 40's. You have very little chance of getting an appointment unless you book 2 weeks in advance even with children. No chance to actually see a doctor(over the ohone appointments only)and are basically turfed out the door if you dare ro show up in person to talk to someone. There needs to be some level of compassion when doing a job like this especially if you have parents with small children. Unfortunately these people have non and would be more suited to a job not requiring a bedside manner.

Never any appointments available. We call at 8am then at 2pm and still nothing. They used to be so good but it's awful now.

This used to be a good surgery before Covid however now I just dont see a point in keeping this place open! The receptionists are very unhelpful and rude at times , it actually makes me wonder whether they get paid bonuses for turning people down. They all luck a very basic skill: empathy. In the current situation people dont try to book appointment when they dont actually need it. They try to see GP when they are in real need but this is beyond understanding for the reception staff. When you are lucky enough to get a telephone appointment after weeks of waiting the doctor is brisk and not really interested in sorting the problem.

They have a terrible system of appointments. I phone at 8:00 precisely and there is already 30 people in the queue. You have to frantically try call them to get through. And even when you do get through, all the appointments for the day are booked and you can't book for another day. Also, the doctors aren't interested in helping at all, just try to give a random advice which I can google myself. What an utter disappointment and waste of time!!!
