Rushey Green Group Practice

Worst service ever for a GP, it is impossible to book an appointment. You have to wait for 8 am or 1 pm sharp to book and even though there are never appointments available. I have been trying to book for a week and seems like an impossible mission, still, I have NO appointment and when I message them, they can't do anything to help. So basically I need to see my doctor but I cannot.

Its great they have trainees, but clearly common sense isnt needed for the role of receptionist in this surgery

2 days I did call to gp who is picking up the phone was soo rude on me because off my accent she was shutting my mouth before I am starting to explain to her it was just 8:16am she pick up the phone she said there is no appointment available I said just 8:16 all gone she said yes all gone bye.I was thinking to say to her my Brest is hurting me soo badly I cant sleep because off the pain she just cut the phone soo rude Ill change my GP no matter far or no I dont need RUSHEY green soo rude

Had to assist my mother with GP today and the senior receptionist along with the trainee where both excellent A*

Please, if you don t have enough training, just put your notice. I called for emergency and a receptionist just screamed me and not listen.
