Ive been trying to get an appointment for months, last time I tried I was informed that all appointments had gone and there would not be any more available across the 3 sites until the 25th April which at the time was 3 weeks in the future!!!

Since being taken over by Modality, the practice has gone into the gutters. There is no point calling to get an appointment. number 30 in the queue at 8:30am. They cannot process repeat prescriptions within their own 24 hour (for emergency medication) policy. No wonder a&e is full as there is no where else to go when your Doctors practice cannot function.

Terrible service. Rang 3 times today, 20 mins per time no pick up.. prescriptions service number tells you you're one in the queue then throws you off! My mum is desperate for a prescription that she absolutely needs and they still have not sent it through to her chemist despite ordering through pharmacy 3 times now! Absolutely disgraceful and still cannot get through on phones and talk to an actual person!!

Very good ordered my repeat rx online using the NHS app and collected my drug 5 days later.

I managed to see a GP before Christmas. I was sent for a chest x-ray a few days before Xmas. I have since tried for six days to find out the results. I follow the instructions for test results, option 6, only to be told after 17 minutes of mind numbing music, that I cannot be connected at this time and just cut off. 1 hour and forty minutes wasted.
