Is anyone at the reception? Waiting exactly for two hours since 8AM. Can we get someone to sort this GP out?

This surgery is absolutely appalling to get through to on the phone. For a 78 year old who has no access to websites, apps or the internet, my mother has to ring. She can't be the only one in this position. I called today & was number one in the queue, but was holding on for 45 minutes to speak to anyone. I gave up in the end as I thought there was something wrong with their phone system. This is totally unacceptable, please please please can you have human beings answering the phone as quickly as possible

Very dissapointed. If was possible to give you 0 stars was great. My experience at this GP was horrible.

I called for an appointment 6 weeks ago, they said I would be put on the list, no one made an appointment for anything 6 weeks later, called again, they gave me an appointment 2 weeks later, I go to my appointment and they tell me no your appointment was 20 minutes earlier, they gave me the wrong time for the appointment on the phone. Had to book a whole other appointment. Useless. DO NOT REGISTER HERE. What else the hours of waiting on the phone for an appointment? My husband being told he cant book an appointment over the phone, he has to use the app. Which doesnt work. They wouldnt even book him an appointment when he went in person. You have to call at 8am the next day. Called at 8am, we cant book appointments over the phone, use the app. WHAT A JOKE If I could give zero stars I would, 1 star is way too good for this place
