At 08:00 you have to sit and ring ring ring to get past the engaged tone. Once you finally get past the engaged tone and connect, you'll get put into a phone queue. Because I start ringing at 08:00, I've never had more than 4 people in front of me in the phone queue. Whenever I've rang this surgery, I've been given a doctor's appointment for the same day. The staff (receptionists, doctors and nurses) are all really nice and listen to everything I've had to say. I've been given referrals and treatments specific to my problems. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because having to ring over and over again to get past an engaged tone and connect into a phone queue is quite annoying.
