Oldham District Nursing Service

All I want is my dads dressing changed he is 83 with skin cancer, absolutely appalled I cannot get any help I would give zero score if it was there

No bedside manner whatsoever from nurse Ratchet who visited my mother yesterday, only wish that i was there at the time! Bully and heartless!

Tried phoning, but no one seems to ever answer, I was phoning district nurse Oldham to postpone visit to my mum home, but has I couldnt reach them, Ill let them make a wasted trip to my mum home. and Ill,let district nurse Oldham waste their own time, Ive tried phoning 5 times and no answer, so not allowing them to waste my time.

If I could give no stars I would; my grandma desperately needed this service for a large sore on her leg (myself or my mum would normally do it but I have been ill following multiple blood clots and my mum currently has pneumonia so we had no choice but to ask for help) the first appointment they didn't show, 4 days later a man showed up who didn't have a clue and wrote a prescription for items the pharmacist advised have been obsolete for over 2 years then didn't come again for the next appointment so basically in 15 days my grandma has had 3 visits instead of the daily ones requested by her GP and absolutely no care whatsoever; an extended family member thankfully offered to help but she had to spend 40 on products to look after my grandma and use public transport to travel each day to clean and dress; I would definitely say do not rely on this service!!!
