Have more anxiety & mental health since getting the so called help from this team. American doctors prescribing meds that make you worse & addicted to. And what exactly are in these meds? Cannot get through to them EVER. Attend your first meeting put you on meds.... Next patient... no contact!

4 years ago I received great mental health support from Heather and she retired and I was given a second new nurse who left for maternity leave and she was also just as great, both helped me on my road to recovery and I was feeling positive about my future, until Sadly from late 2021 after my nurse left for martiernty leave I no longer heard from the mental health team and I was sectioned under the mental health act where it was found out during my time of admission i had already been assigned to a support worker at Waterloo. With the muddle being sorted I was discharged only for my mental health support to fall back again with appointments being cancelled and rearranged and barley been made contact with. I have no hatred against my new worker. I don't wish hatred upon her. I just wish to be better again but I've come to terms of accepting that I won't get help and I'm tired of trying to. (considering all the services that's been involved in it) and I'll continue to use the strategies I learnt from Heather and Rachel to make my mentality that much easier to deal with.
