One of their Practice nurses has no manners . Doctors are good the ones I saw at least( Dr Mirza )and reception not always helpful. Depends who you get on the phone .

Been with the practice over 20 years and never let down.

The waiting time is ridiculous. They should use specific appointment times. We have been waiting for over one hour and still haven't been seen.

Had an appointment tonight 8/2/2023 at 18.10 . The receptionist with the long dark curly hair is very polite and cheerful.

You can have have white bloods as high as the roof and she wont be bothered, paid to have second opinions on this doctor. Second opinions are needed if you want to be ok
