Today I have seen Lucy for my appointment and I couldn't be happier despite how stressed I was upon arrival. Very friendly and professional. Thank you

Really rude on the phone. Lied to me. I complained and got fobbed off over email. No discussion or phone call to apologise for the way I was treated. Not nice when I'm in pain. Yuck.

Yes its hard trying to get through on the phone or to even see a GP at the moment but as frustrating as this is its not the staffs fault! They are always polite and if you fill in an E-consult form online they do book you a phone appointment.

Went to Chessil practise today Monday 11th July at 2.15 explained to receptionist that my wife had received treatment for a badly cut leg at Wimborne Victoria hospital the previous Saturday and on departure they advised us to change the free issue dressing on Monday 11th, Me being of 78 years of age and not confident or happy as to removing and replacing a surgical dressings I thought it best to have it done by a qualified person This was a request for a simple procedure of removing and replacing a wound /bandage dressing by a nurse or doctor (5 mins ?) there were patients in waiting room so staff must of been in attendance Receptionist was totally unhelpful even after i informed her we were booked to go on Holliday Tuesday PM , with no offer to make enquires to the medical staff as to any help available For many years weve had a happy and cordial relationship with the Medical Staff and have always appreciated there help and understanding as to our medical requirements After listening to my plea for help the receptionist bluntly informed me that , she could only make us an appointment for Wednesday 13th at Sullivan Road!!Or go to the Royal Southants Hospital walk in centre? Taxi there and taxi home !!! On our pension! No thanks So much for help, after supporting your local practise for more than 32 years Now totally unimpressed with Chessil Practise, Suggestion: Try giving a little help and compassion to your long term elderly patients

Me being of 78 years of age and not confident or happy as to removing and replacing a surgical dressings I thought it best to have it done by a qualified person
This was a request for a simple procedure of removing and replacing a wound /bandage dressing by a nurse or doctor (5 mins ?) there were patients in waiting room so staff must of been in attendance
Receptionist was totally unhelpful even after i informed her we were booked to go on Holliday Tuesday PM , with no offer to make enquires to the medical staff as to any help available
For many years weve had a happy and cordial relationship with the Medical Staff and have always appreciated there help and understanding as to our medical requirements
After listening to my plea for help the receptionist bluntly informed me that , she could only make us an appointment for Wednesday 13th at Sullivan Road!!Or go to the Royal Southants Hospital walk in centre? Taxi there and taxi home !!! On our pension! No thanks
