        The place to go if you want to feel worse not better. Over an hour wait minimum in a boiling hot room!

        Liz at reception is extremely rude and dismissive. Have never felt more disrespected by a member of NHS staff in my life. I called to book an additional appointment as I have a smear test and blood pressure check tomorrow and needed to be seen for a personal intimate issue, and she dismissed me on the phone and told me to just call tomorrow morning instead refused to even let me speak to a doctor today despite me telling her I missed two doctors calls so was phoning to request that the doctor phones me back as I had missed calls to discuss the personal issue and it has gotten a lot worse and think the doctor may prescribe something over the phone liz needs to get a new job, one that she enjoys, as its clear she hates being in a customer service faced role as she cant deliver in the slightest, instead just makes clients feel uncomfortable and unimportant.
