        Very helpful and friendly staff, they engage with you more than most, almost guaranteed same day appointments if you call at 8am. I'd highly recommend this practice :)

        I am so pleased to be a patient here. The receptionists are friendly, respectful and happy to help with any issues. As for the doctors, nurses and pharmacist. First class. Ive never had a problem getting a telephone appointment, if I miss it they call me back. If a face-to-face appointment is required, once again I have no problems. The only issue I have is trying to get my mum onto their register. They are so popular that I dont think they have any more room. In my opinion you couldnt ask for a better health centre.

        I've heard so much since Covid, about people not being able to actually see a GP, so I called asking to speak to a GP. After chatting with the receptionist she suggested I make an appointment and gave me one. I have been with this practice for 30 years and I'm delighted to see it is still the great place I once took my kids to Dr Russell.
