        I've never had a bad experience with them. Always helpful polite and friendly especially Louise.

        Not good.... they never seem to get my perscription correct.... so when i phone to re-order the missing items i am told it will be two working Days...so I have to wait 4 working days often depite there error! the old practice just put my items on repeat perscription...its gone downhill.

        The first person you see at the surgery are the receptionists, they are the face of the practice. I just watch while one of them spoke rudely about me to the other.. she thought I wasn't looking or listening obviously.
