One of their Practice nurses has no manners . Doctors are good the ones I saw at least( Dr Mirza )and reception not always helpful. Depends who you get on the phone .

Some amazing doctors whilst others are pretty average. Down to luck. Receptionists are hit and miss too. Called describing my problem and she said there's nothing the doctor can do. Wait, are they qualified for that? I think I still have the right to see one if I have health concerns. Isn't that the whole point of general practitioners?

The GPs here are very supportive (and I'm incredibly pro NHS).. however, the phoneline/electronic prescription system is appalling. Every time I request my repeat prescription, it takes weeks to reach the doctor for approval - not ideal if you're running low on medication. I tried calling the surgery this morning to follow-up on my repeat prescription request as it's now been outstanding for 5 days, however I was on hold for an hour trying to get through - I was call number #1 in the queue for 60 mins and it wasn't answered. On top of this, there is a lack of communication between the surgery and chemist when it comes to processing of electronic prescriptions. The chemist say it should be requested through the GP surgery, yet the GP surgery say it should be requested via the chemist - which one is it?! I don't understand why such a simple request is so difficult - it's beyond frustrating. The experience puts me off requesting my repeat medication, which long-term - doesn't benefit my health!

The doctors in this surgery are amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Maisum Mirza he is by far the best doctor Ive ever had.

Best surgery Ive been registered to - always happy to help, polite and despite the NHS current situation, always upholds a really high standard of service. Partners mother also decided to switch to this surgery after having problems with another Caterham based surgery - she was stunned at the difference in efficiency and custom. Highly recommend!
