Terrible experience. Ive been to this surgery since I was a child and the service they have provided in recent years is so bad. After the awfully constructed dialling system, Ive called up and been hung up on by a member at reception, requested medical details from my file and been given those details without reception even confirming who I am before providing them. The general lack of care is very sad and concerning.

This place is a nightmare to deal with; the phone system is an absolute disgrace. It goes without saying: Bugbrooke Medical Practice couldnt palliate their incompetence if they had a million receptionists working for them. You still wouldnt get through you would get hung up on, mind.

Always found the service to be very good, the call back no problem and if considered to be necessary to see a doctor an appointment is given for that day.

This practice is a joke! I've been trying to book an appointment for ages now, they told me they don't have enough GPs working there.... so disappointing
