This is the 2nd review I have given this surgery. I don't normally give reviews but I really think they deserve one. Since I joined in March 2021 I have received nothing but friendliness, courtesy and efficiency from the receptionists, pharmacy, Aya, the physiotherapist and the doctors. All I can say us well done guys and thank you.

You can't get an appointment to see a doctor unless you phone between 8am and 30 seconds after 8am the phone is constantly engaged and If you phone the receptionist and tell them that this is bad they get aggressive with you. If in the unlikely event you get through to arrange an appointment the receptionist may decide you don't need the doctor and nobody will phone. You can't arrange for a doctor to phone the next day if they are busy and you have to go through the whole process all over again. Getting to see a doctor is like winng the lottery.

My pregnant partner and I have recently moved to skegness from New Leake. My partner has under lying health conditions that may cause complications during her pregnancy and such complications have recently arisen. For this reason my partner wanted to remain with the surgery she has been with her whole life (29 years) However, this afternoon, she was unceremoniously 'booted' out, and told she had 30 days to find a new surgery. My partner has been left extremely upset by this, as she felt that the practice knew her medical history and she felt calm and confident that they were going to allow her to stay on during her pregnancy. She has also been awaiting them to call her with extremely important test results for over a week, these are crucial to her current complications. Rather than calling with these results, my partner was called to be told she is out, at a time of great stress. Where is the duty of care?
