I've never had issues with getting an appointment here. Every time I've called I've either had an appointment the same day or a phone appointment within a few days. Really helpful staff. Lovely doctors.

Doctors are really really exceptionally good, have been very helpful and extremely quick in getting referrals etc done, however have found some of the reception staff a bit rude and find the whole system of not being able to book an appointment except from on the day if you phone up at 8am (which is a physical impossibility to get through) a bit weird? Essentially, your not able to book an appointment in advance which is absolutely baffling and surely more work for the doctors and receptionists? Also, on a few occasions I have called within the opening hours and have received the phone message saying they are closed??? But other then that, cant fault them.
