The staff get the five stars for being helpful, But really bad access if you're in a wheelchair so my advice is go to Shrewsbury branch if you're in a wheelchair

Friendly staff, easy to do what I need in branch and staff available to help.

Lady bank manager is rude and has no customer relations skill what so ever, do yourself a favour and bank elsewhere.

Could not solve my problem on first visit, asked me to return at 14.30 in the afternoon only to be told no one available to see me. Very poor service
