When a loyal customer for more than 30 years, multiple accounts.
Staff argued that I am not allowed to withdraw money without putting my PIN number in on a broken card (which is the reason it was actually broken )
And a replacement issued!
I'm not at the bank to argue or to be patronised by someone who is supposed to be there for help and support.
