        Good branch but why is it closed on Saturdays? Some of us start work before banks open, finish work without time to get to them (TSBs are thin on the ground and not just around the corner). Stops me visiting Cwmbran on a Saturday if I need to go there

        Horrific customer service! Asked a cashier to print some bank statements for a mortgage application and all I got was a sour face and attitude. Ive never known a cashier to be so rude and make such a fuss over a simple request. Other banks and TSB branches have been happy to help but this branch was awful.
