Virgin Money

Virgin Money, The Cardiff Branch has telephone numbers all over Google none of them are not connected. Cardiff does not have a Phone Number you are supposed to connect via their Website to Book an Appointment to see somebody. The Staff at the Branch are so helpful, absolutely First Class. The Management at Head Office do not understand Customer Service, imagine you need to contact the Branch in an Emergency, it is impossible. Would you be happy to communicate with a Bank without a Phone ?

I had an issue that meant I couldn't sign up to an ISA online. I was visiting the area and needed to kill a little time; I spoke to staff who helped me and between the two of us worked out what was wrong. I was pretty impressed as nobody on the phone could help and kept passing me from one team to another. Thanks to the team for helping, especially to David who helped work out what went wrong with the application.

2 hours on the phone, technical issues with Virgin money, forcing me to use their app when I do not use a smartphone, through to arrogant staff who annoy me with their lack of expertise, but the biggest complaint is they still use Covid as their excuse as to why they have hardly anyone answering the phones. Terrible, all companies service in the UK have taken a massive dive, since the excuse called Covid came to be. Your all the same, HSBC, Barlcays, all the same. When will the plug be pulled on them, someone please hack and bake these banks to the ground, I beg you, put them in their place.

We have nothing but the highest praise for the staff in this establishment, were treaded like royalty given the nicest Cup of capachino we had ever tasted and dealt with our banking problem brilliantly. Well done Virgin Money.

Always feel welcome whenever I visit. The lounge may be shut. The service, however, is still as good and friendly as it has always been.
