They obviously do not want customers! Colwyn Bay branch is closed entirely so you would hope Llandudno would be open on a Saturday - nope!

Typical modern bank. They really don't want you to use bricks and mortar banks anymore and it shows inside the bank!

Opened an account in branch on 5th December, and was told I'd receive the debit card with 3 - 5 working days! Fast forward to 19th January, card still not received even allowing for postal strikes! Called into branch, spoke to Joe, very helpful, said no card ordered! But, he would order one that day! But he didn't as customer services have done it today!! So 53 days so far and counting!! Diabolical!

Joe set up my sons account for him a couple of weeks ago , the card came within the time he said his customer service was great and he was so lovely with my 11 year old , all the other staff there are really helpful too

Barclays have financed more fossil fuel projects than any other of the UKs largest banks. This is despite warnings from climate scientists that we need to reduce fossil fuel use immediately to avoid catastrophic climate change. 20 million at risk of starving in Africa due to drought, India closing its wheat exports due to failed harvests, Northern Italys drought that threatens its food production- all a taste of worse to come. Thanks Barclays!
