        Not the warmest of Customer service experience. Perhaps its being Canadian and having 1st class customer service from Canadian banks that makes it challenging having to deal with these people. Heaven help some individuals when the pandemic is over, how will they cope having to provide a broader service to customers??

        Staff are friendly but cueing outside in a wheelchair in the rain is not good they need a bigger area to let people out of the wet
