        The blonde lady with glasses who served me had awful customer service. I wont visit the neath branch again after this encounter. Completely unhelpful , and accused me of having forged documents when I was just doing what I was told to do. I travelled 8 miles to get to the store for a query as I cannot get through to anybody and this was the response I got. Shocking.

        Every time I go in here there only one cashier working. There could be 10 people in the queue and it takes FOREVER to be served
