The very friendly guy on the help desk helped me to get hold of customer services when I'd spend days trying to get through. Took a while to get the right department but it was no bother and no rush. I even bought him a cookie to say thank you!

I wished to hand in a letter from an elderly relative, 91 years old,who was sheilding due to covid .I did not wish to discuss her account just hand a letter in, the man on the door refused to accept the letter as I do not have POA toatally ridiculous , he was a complete jobsworth , and would do nothing to help a vunerable elderly person.
