Good customer service and friendly staff

Well the bad laughing from the staff do not help could not care about the customer and for this I leave the bank and going somewhere else

The Halifax had gone down hill. Can never get through on the phone and the branch is not open on sat anymore and closes at 3pm. Not good for people that work.
