        I was helped by a lady called Jodie yesterday, Barclays at Ystrad Mynach branch, who was efficient and kind beyond my expectations. Unusual to see this level of service in any bank, and certainly way beyond my local branch. Thank you Jodie.

        UNHELPFUL&RUDE!! Manager really negative and dont care about people reported, all of the staffs are from the old generation never changed, thus working so slow even long queue they keep talking and never getting better. Head office should look at the ratings and the point of view.

        Fantastic today. Its really improved over the last couple of weeks. Theres now a desk that can help you with things rather than previously being given a phone number by staff behind the cash counter. Chris helped me fill out and check over a form, and was super helpful and friendly. Massive difference being able to talk to a real person in person. Thank you very much Chris.

        Pathetic... Website says closes at 2 p.m. They wouldn't allow me to deposit money at just gone 1pm.. Told me to go to Blackwood...
