        Unsure of previous reviews but my experience has been exactly opposite! I usually hate going to banks but I was thoroughly surprised by my visit to this branch. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They communicated well and kept checking if I needed any help. Overall, I'm very happy :)

        Very bad customer service. They hire new people, didnt train them properly. long queues, angry and disappointed Time to change bank!!!

        What an absolute mess of a bank, not enough staff just loads of cash machines. The place looks really grubby and run down. Staff don't wear smart uniforms just blue polo shirts it's so unprofessional compared to Nationwide across the street. Also sent my card to the wrong address!
