        This branch lost my 2000 cheque so had to wait for over a week for it to be sorted. Shocking service do not recommend! How an earth do you loose a customers cheque?

        HSBC changed the hours over lockdown and now it is not open on the weekend either. I finish at 5 weekdays so the new opening hours are useless to me, as for finding an open HSBC bank on the weekend the nearest one me is 18 miles away now.
