Very welcoming and helpful staff when I opened my new bank accounts with this bank.

I've needed statements for my account . I ordered them over the phone as the nearest branch is 50 miles away . The statements never arrived. I had to order them three more times before I received them . Really bad customer service. Avoid this bank at all costs.

Wow , dont go in the bank often but went in there today, , queens st, the staff were professional but not stand off ish, but the building was classy.great customer service, thank you.
