        Similar experience to others. Disgusting behaviour from Anita Bond and Rhiannnon who are outright rude and unhelpful. Id avoid at all costs, find another bank or the very least another branch, if theres any left. I visited the branch for the very first time passing, and know never to bother again.

        Welsh water has decided to invoice me with TWO A/counts for water used totaling 119.98 TWICE. They have been content to in the past , sending a half year bill. But without any contact whatsoever, have ramped my account by 80 percent. to 239.96 The family Bank has been instructed to watch for errors, and my HALF YEARLY ACCOUNT IS COTINUED.
