        Yet again closed. You know you have to be open for people to use?? I went up fri 17/3 supposed to be open but wasn't, I wasn't the only one. We have lost banks in this small town, it was great to transfer my account to a place that was actually on the high street but you are hardly ever open, so now I'm looking to move my account again, after all for trading purposes you need to be open to........ well, trade!!!

        In the last 8 days I have tried three times to pay money into this branch! I checked times and went up today to try again to find a note on the door stating "this branch will close at 12 today" guess what time I made it there. Not even covering lunch hour for locals who are stuck with this half hearted attempt at customer service. As previously stated next branch is 12 miles away! Bit pathetic really!!!!
