        Everything is just a little bit too much hassle for the staff. From simple requests, transfers, computer says no. Inside of the building is damp. Appears very run down.Natwest will probably close this branch pretty soon with everything moving online. Social distancing, only one counter is running, but the queue of 15 people that built up while they try and fail to sort a simple task is not great.
