One of the women behind the counter has the worst imaginable attitude. Twice we have been in to open an account and twice her attitude has been shocking. Rude, obstructive and defensive. This time we left, refusing to open an account there ... We would not wish to deal with that woman when going into branch. The manager really needs to curb her rude behaviour!
