        The Bank of England looks like a very solid institution : ) and you'd hope so! But it really must do more to help with the green recovery and to Build Back Better after covid19. It has a pivotal role in regulating the major high street banks like Barclays and HSBC - who are currently pouring billions of pounds into new fossil fuel projects. That has to stop. We must change the Bank of England's mandate from the UK government.
