Friendy staff.. I had a problem with my savings account not showing up when i used my card in the machine. They were as baffled as i was but didnt give up and sorted my problem out for me. It would be nice if they had a machine outside that i could deposit money. Well done Blackwood lloyds Bank

I recently visited Lloyds Bank Blackwood branch on behalf of my mother whos almost 97 years of age I had with me her bank card and a signed note from her however the staff claimed they couldnt verify her signature although shes been writing cheques for over 50 years. In addition the signature was on the reverse of her card and all I wanted was to stop a direct debit not take money from her account. I tried to explain that I had repeatedly tried the telephone including the number reserved for aged people without any success despite holding on for very long periods. They were completely unhelpful with no manager or any person available to take responsibility, shrugged their shoulders in a completely couldnt care less attitude claiming the manager wouldnt be there for a week or more.The listening bank - what a bl***dy joke. I give them one star as theres nothing available for nought.
