I really needed some good advice on the way forward and I was given an appointment with Catherine, she was very patient and thorough.         Just popped into Halifax and the young girl on the 1st deck was very helpful (sorry didnt catch her name) I was concerns about a payment going out I did not recognise. She did some research for me and gave me some additional advice and numbers. I made a call and have figured it. All is now good. Thank you young lady :)

        Very helpful and polite and I would recommend this branch If u want the best outcome no problem with help and fast do it to thank you to young male assistant who was polite and chatable and friendly he cheer my day up after the neath brench rued my day
