        Welcoming staff. Wheelchair accessible but no disabled parking within town centre except outside W H Smiths which is always full.

        Horrendous opening times, 3:30 closing on weekdays and closes 1:00 on a Saturday! Lloyds have really gone down hill, won't be long until they close all small valley branches and make us travel to bigger cities in my case Cardiff, sad times!!!! Staff are also very hit or miss in this branch, if I was you I'd choose another bank.

        This has been my local branch since signing up as a student and the staff have always been very friendly and happy to help. It has a ramp and lower counter so good for disability access. The main door is up steps but the side entrance is good and has a cash machine and deposit machine for those who might prefer autuomated service.
