Massive DUMP

Sw9 are very slow at doing any work in the property been reported for about 2 year

The worst housing association in UK. Made multiple complaints fix fire doors and other repairs Ive been ignored for 2years since they took over my building

Change you flat or house ask questions and carpark .

Helpline courteous but no follow up by the facilities team to which the issue was passed onto.
